How it works
The same process whether you need a nurse on your roster or a physiotherapist on the floor every second Thursday.
Tell us the role or the round
The position, hours and location, or the service, the number of residents and how often. Email is fine; there's nothing to sign at this stage.
We send screened profiles, or a date
For a vacancy, anonymised candidate profiles with experience, availability and salary expectation. For a visiting round, the clinician's start date and the all-inclusive rate.
You interview, or we book
You interview the candidates you like and make your own offer. For rounds, we schedule the visits with your team and confirm them in writing.
Fee only when they start
Placement fees are invoiced on the start date. Visiting services are invoiced after each visit, with the notes attached.
Questions
What does a placement cost?
12% of the candidate's annual base salary, plus GST, invoiced when they start. For part-time roles the fee is pro rata. There is no retainer and no fee if you don't hire.
What is covered by the guarantee?
If the person leaves or the placement ends within 12 weeks for any reason other than redundancy or a change to the role, we find a replacement for the same position at no further fee.
How quickly can you send profiles?
Usually within a week of the brief for Sydney roles. Regional roles depend on who is already living in the area; we'll tell you straight away if a role is likely to take longer.
Do you place agency or casual shift staff?
No. We place permanent and part-time staff onto your payroll. For clinical services on a visiting basis, see the visiting clinicians above.
Can visiting clinicians be billed to residents' packages?
Yes. Visits can be invoiced to the facility, to a resident's Support at Home or Home Care Package provider, or privately to the family, with Support at Home service names on every line.
Which areas do you cover?
Greater Sydney and the Illawarra for both staffing and visiting services. Regional New South Wales, including the Central West and New England, through our scheduled regional clinician days and locally based candidates.
