Able Aged Care arranges nursing, allied health and home services for older people and people with disability, in their own homes. We're based in Kareela, in Sydney's Sutherland Shire, and work with clinicians and tradespeople across Australia.
How we work
Care managers, coordinators and families send us one referral. We do the rest.
- An associated providerHome care organisations use us to arrange services for their Support at Home clients.
- A local networkIndependent clinicians and trades near each client, all working under our agreement.
- Checked before they startRegistration, insurance and police checks are confirmed before anyone takes a job, and tracked after.
- Notes and reports backService notes after each visit and assessment reports within 5 business days.
- One invoiceSupport at Home service names, units and delivery dates on every line.
- NDISWe support plan-managed and self-managed participants. We are not a registered NDIS provider.
