Funding and cost

We confirm the cost with you before anything is booked. Our quotes include travel.

Support at Home and Home Care PackagesFunded through the client's provider. The care manager sends the referral and we invoice the provider using Support at Home service names.
NDISFor plan-managed and self-managed participants. Usually from Capacity Building: Improved Daily Living. We are not a registered NDIS provider, so we can't support agency-managed plans.
PrivateClients and families can book directly. We'll give you the rate and the likely number of hours up front.

Questions

Who can make a referral?

Care managers and coordinators, support coordinators, GPs and hospital teams, and clients or their families. For package clients we check with the provider before booking.

Does the dietitian work with speech pathologists?

Yes. For swallowing problems, the speech pathologist sets the texture and the dietitian plans meals that meet it.

Are your clinicians registered and insured?

Yes. Every clinician is registered with AHPRA or their professional body, holds $5 million professional indemnity and public liability insurance, has a current police check and works under our agreement.

Ready to refer?

Send the service, suburb and how soon it's needed. We'll come back with a date and cost.
